Lines (MOL)\u2019s fleet, <\/p>\n<p>at the Port of Piraeus on 10 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/1774315323669616-1.jpg\" alt=\"MOL\u2019s LNG-powered vessel docks at Port of Piraeus\" title=\"MOL\u2019s LNG-powered vessel docks at Port of Piraeus\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; padding: 20px 0px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The ship carried around 1,000 vehicles bound for the Greek market, <\/p>\n<p>underlining Piraeus\u2019 strategic role in the international vehicle supply <\/p>\n<p>chain.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>MOL operates over 95 specialized car and truck carriers, with capacities of <\/p>\n<p>up to 5,000 standard vehicles per vessel.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Tourmaline Ace represents MOL\u2019s next-generation Pure Car and Truck <\/p>\n<p>Carrier design, featuring an LNG propulsion system that cuts emissions by 25\u201330 <\/p>\n<p>per cent CO2, 85 per cent NOx, and up to 98 per cent SOx compared with <\/p>\n<p>conventional fuels.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the call, PPA CEO Su Xudong said: \u201cThe arrival of modern <\/p>\n<p>next-generation vessels, such as the M\/V Tourmaline Ace, strengthens the port\u2019s <\/p>\n<p>position as a strategic vehicle transport hub in the region, while demonstrating <\/p>\n<p>our commitment to sustainable development and environmentally responsible port <\/p>\n<p>operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This comes two months after PSA Singapore (PSA) and MOL announced a joint <\/p>\n<p>venture RoRo terminal in Singapore.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Piraeus Port Authority (PPA S.A.) welcomed the arrival of the M\/V Tourmaline Ace, one of the newest vessels in Mitsui O.S.K.
