{"id":1304,"date":"2026-01-26T10:20:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-26T02:20:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/cma-cgm-adds-400th-vessel-with-methanol-boxship\/"},"modified":"2026-01-26T10:20:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T02:20:33","slug":"cma-cgm-adds-400th-vessel-with-methanol-boxship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/cma-cgm-adds-400th-vessel-with-methanol-boxship\/","title":{"rendered":"CMA CGM adds 400th vessel with methanol boxship"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"max-width:900px; margin:0 auto; background-color:rgb(246,246,246); padding:20px;line-height:30px\">\n<p>CMA CGM has added its 400th owned vessel to its fleet with the delivery of <\/p>\n<p>the CMA CGM MONTE CRISTO, the first of six methanol-powered containerships.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/1769393829202334-1.jpg\" alt=\"CMA CGM adds 400th vessel with methanol boxship\" title=\"CMA CGM adds 400th vessel with methanol boxship\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; padding: 20px 0px;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The 16,204-TEU vessel forms part of CMA CGM\u2019s asset-led fleet strategy and <\/p>\n<p>broader effort to improve operational efficiency and reduce emissions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It is one of more than 650 vessels operated globally by the group and will <\/p>\n<p>sail under the Maltese flag.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Built at DSIC Tianjin Shipyard, the vessel measures 366 metres in length <\/p>\n<p>with a 51-metre beam and is equipped with around 1,000 reefer plugs.
