It can also easily locate laws, <\/p>\n<p>precedents, and other useful information hidden inside vast regulatory <\/p>\n<p>datasets.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The technology reportedly allows for a speedier and more <\/p>\n<p>cost-effective regulatory process, which is critical for making nuclear <\/p>\n<p>a viable clean energy source.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mark Tipping, LR\u2019s Global Offshore Power To X Director, said: \u201cWe have a <\/p>\n<p>large data source from decades of regulatory applications which these AI <\/p>\n<p>capabilities can interrogate swiftly to identify good practice and lessons <\/p>\n<p>learned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jeff Scott, Deputy Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, stated: \u201cBy <\/p>\n<p>teaming up with Microsoft, we\u2019re using AI to cut through the red tape and <\/p>\n<p>fast-track the future of nuclear in maritime.
