Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the launch of its reduced <\/p>\n

emissions shipping service, ONE LEAF+, designed to push decarbonisation within <\/p>\n

the shipping industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"ONE<\/p>\n

ONE LEAF+ reportedly offers customers the opportunity to proactively manage <\/p>\n

their own emissions and minimise the environmental impact across the value <\/p>\n

chain.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to ONE, the service offers customers a range of benefits, <\/p>\n

including:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Reduced Carbon Footprint:<\/strong> ONE will deploy <\/p>\n

regulation-compliant alternative fuels on designated vessels, allowing customers <\/p>\n

to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions on their shipments with ONE.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Added Transparency:<\/strong> With ONE LEAF+, customers will receive <\/p>\n

certification indicating the CO2e savings verified by an independent third-party <\/p>\n

verifier for their shipments with ONE, allowing them to track their progress <\/p>\n

towards sustainability goals.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Enhanced Partnerships:<\/strong> ONE will continue to collaborate <\/p>\n

with like-minded partners committed to sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The shipping liner reported that alternative fuels and carbon management <\/p>\n

serve as the key initiatives for ONE in reaching its ambitious target of <\/p>\n

net-zero GHG emissions, including Scope 2 and Scope 3, by 2050. ONE will <\/p>\n

continue to implement actions outlined in its roadmap to achieve Net-Zero by <\/p>\n

2050.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe launch of ONE LEAF+ underscores our commitment to sustainability and <\/p>\n

provides our customers with the tools and transparency they need to make <\/p>\n

informed choices about their Scope 3 GHG emissions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, ONE announced an update to its Adriatic Feeder Service <\/p>\n

(AIB) for the Mediterranean area.<\/p>\n

More recently, ONE and Portchain agreed a deal to drive sustainability <\/p>\n
