{"id":650,"date":"2024-03-13T10:10:51","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T02:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/brazil-netherlands-team-up-for-greener-ports\/"},"modified":"2024-03-13T10:10:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T02:10:51","slug":"brazil-netherlands-team-up-for-greener-ports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/brazil-netherlands-team-up-for-greener-ports\/","title":{"rendered":"Brazil, Netherlands team up for greener ports"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"max-width:900px; margin:0 auto; background-color:rgb(246,246,246); padding:20px;line-height:30px\">\n<p><strong>The Brazilian National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ) has signed <\/p>\n<p>a cooperation agreement with The Netherlands to develop green <\/p>\n<p>ports.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hajomech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/1710292766933740-1.jpg\" alt=\"Brazil, Netherlands team up for greener ports\" title=\"Brazil, Netherlands team up for greener ports\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%; padding:20px 0px\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The document was also signed by the Special Secretariat of the Investment <\/p>\n<p>Partnership Program of the Civil House, the Ministries of Ports and Airports and <\/p>\n<p>Transport, Infra S\/A, the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) and the National <\/p>\n<p>Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The project is a public-private partnership, with a term of three years, <\/p>\n<p>between the countries and aims to support Dutch companies to export and invest <\/p>\n<p>in Brazil, in addition to supporting Brazilian companies with investments and <\/p>\n<p>exports to the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The agreement will jointly expand bilateral cooperation and assist in the <\/p>\n<p>exchange of knowledge to promote public and private initiatives within the scope <\/p>\n<p>of port development, port logistics and green hydrogen production, among <\/p>\n<p>others.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>ANTAQ\u2019s General Director, Eduardo Nery, highlighted the agency\u2019s work and <\/p>\n<p>the investments made that allow port and waterway infrastructure to be adapted <\/p>\n<p>to the sector\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor this infrastructure to remain modern, efficient, and meeting this <\/p>\n<p>growing movement, more investment is needed.
