The ship then followed <\/p>\n<p>its route to Ukraine\u2019s Port of Izmail, along the Danube River, following <\/p>\n<p>inspection.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kyiv has since called upon the international community to take up decisive <\/p>\n<p>countermeasures to what they have charged as provocation from Russia\u2019s <\/p>\n<p>authorities on 14 August.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>On 14 August, Kyiv denounced what it termed as \u201cprovocative\u201d actions by <\/p>\n<p>Russia and urged the international community to take resolute <\/p>\n<p>countermeasures.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Charged as a gross violation of international law, Kyiv stated that the act <\/p>\n<p>had \u201cexemplified Russia\u2019s deliberate policy of endangering the freedom of <\/p>\n<p>navigation and safety of commercial shipping in the Black Sea,\u201d said the <\/p>\n<p>Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe call on the international community to take decisive action to prevent <\/p>\n<p>Russian Federation\u2019s actions that impede the peaceful passage of vessels through <\/p>\n<p>the Black Sea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Amid increasing concerns festering among insurers and shipping companies <\/p>\n<p>about the security of their transported cargo, ports grappled with the task of <\/p>\n<p>resolving backlogs, reported Reuters.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Around Musura Bay in the Black Sea, which connects to a channel leading to <\/p>\n<p>Izmail further down the waterway, a minimum of 30 ships had come to anchor. <\/p>\n<p>Reuters also conveyed that there were no less than 20 ships anchored leading up <\/p>\n<p>to Izmail.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Moreover, at least 35 commercial vessels were waiting close to the Romanian <\/p>\n<p>Port of Constanta, marking an increase of 15 ships from the week prior.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As per sources within the insurance sector, the rates for supplementary war <\/p>\n<p>risk premiums remained unchanged on Monday.
