CABLE CARIER SYSTEM

Cable carrier system is widely used in car dumpers and circular stock yard stacker and reclaimers to drag hoses and cables such as power cable, control cable, optical fiber cable, etc, to ensure that the cables and hoses can rotate with the equipment platform and be used as moving power supply.

CLASSIFICATION：

Cable carrier system is divided into three types: light load, medium load and heavy load. According to the layer number, each type above is divided in to single layer, double layer and triple layer .

● Its wheel is equipped with a special two-way sweeping device to clean up debris of the rail working  surface in real time;

● Its tension belt is made of raw rubber, which has good elasticity and long service life;

● Its safety wire rope is made of anti-corrosion reinforced stainless steel material with outer sheath to prevent the cable from scratching;

● Its explosion-proof function can be realized by reasonable selection of materials.
